Experience – 1 – 2 years
Candidate profile:

• Expert knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS3 development.

• Experience with XML and XSLT.

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio development environment.

• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript, jQuery).

• Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to layout and design.

• Visual or web design experience a plus.

• Designing business app experience a plus.

• We are looking for someone who specializes in really clean design with an eye on user interfaces.

• We love the design aesthetic of 37 Signals websites, for example, and the way the user is presented with just what they need, and an ability to explore to find more.

• We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio, and plenty of experience.
